The Concession Stands, is the side project from members of Honest Iago. They are a two-piece punk/rock/indie band featuring Matt Fradkin (Seattle local, guitar) and Craig Vermeyen (Los Angeles, drums/vocals).

Our debut self-titled album, recorded and produced by Jesse Gander (Japandroids, White Lung, Brutus, Dave Hause) at Avast! Recording Studios in Seattle.

The new album asks the question:

“What if we still have teenage angst, but we’re in our 30s?”

With blaring guitars and hard hitting drums their sound sits somewhere between Japandroids, Against Me!, and Spanish Love Songs — loud, melodic, and cathartic.
